Muni and the Tulsi Tree

​

Winter is harsh to my cat, Muni,
Now, she’s got a cold and is all shaky,
But wise is my grey cat, Muni,
For herself she has chosen a separate Tulsi tree,
Under it she sits for hours patiently,
Nature has taught her the benefits of that sacred tree,
She has learnt that the purple-green leaves
are for flu, a natural reliable remedy.
